4 – Drink plenty of water specially before meals
Drinking enough water can have numerous benefits like detoxification, glowing skin, helps in calories burn so in loosing weight etc.
5 – Eat vegetables and fruits
Vegetables and fruits are loaded with prebiotic fibres, vitamins, minerals and many antioxidants which give many good effects on our body.
6 – Make sure to eat enough protein
As proteins are building blocks of our body and they can boost metabolism so we should include protein rich substance like all type of pulses, meat, eggs, beans and milk to our diet.
7 – Minimize your sugar intake and junk food
More sugar intake causes weight gain and tooth decay.On the other side,junk foods are only taste buster’s having no nutritional value.So as much as possible keep away from all of such foods.
8 – Add cardio or any type of physical exercise
Aerobic exercise also known as cardio is one of the best things you can do for your better physical and mental health.If you are not interested in cardio you can do any type of physical activity like Cycling, jogging, running, swimming etc.
9 – Avoid skipping food or following any type of diet which is not according to your body needs
As we all know our body requires all elements in a healthy food so try to eat healthy food including all nutritional supplements rather than skipping food or dieting to maintain your body weight. Eat according to requirement of body, not according to your taste of tongue.
10 – Take care of your relationship
